Who we are

Deckard Labs (“we,” “us”) is an AI consulting and software engineering firm based in Alpharetta, Georgia. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it: hello@deckardlabs.com.

What this site collects

If you turn on Analytics in your cookie preferences, the site counts your visit with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites; otherwise it measures nothing about your visit. The contact form is the only place it collects personal information: what you send with it is emailed to our inbox, the site itself keeps no copy, and we keep that email as described under “How long we keep it.”

Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) processes visitor IP addresses and request logs transiently as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse, under its own privacy terms. Apart from those visit counts, we do not receive or keep browsing records about you.

The only cookie this site sets records your cookie choice, and the Cookie preferences page lists it and lets you change or withdraw that choice.

If you email us

If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to respond to you and to conduct any business you ask us about. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with third parties for their marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not request. Email is processed by our email infrastructure providers (Cloudflare and Google) as ordinary service providers.

How long we keep it

We keep business correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an actual or prospective engagement, and for the period required for legal, accounting, and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete correspondence at any time by emailing us; we will honor the request except where retention is required by law or an active agreement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because the only personal information we hold comes from email you send us, the practical way to exercise any of these rights is to email us, and we will comply.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service description and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Data in client systems

Data we access inside client systems during an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement and our data handling practices. This policy covers the website only.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
