Your automation laboratory for tasks that should not stay manual...

The workruns itself.

We architect and execute error-free automations so you can prioritize the real duties.

The idea(DL·01)Automation laboratories

Every organization has work that falls between its people and systems. We map that work, build the right automations around the tools already in place, and maintain it as operations change.

Auditmap the workflow, constraints and useful handoffs
Pilotprove one scoped workflow in a working environment
Autopilotoperate, monitor and improve what earns its place

Teams don't lose the week to large tasks. They lose it to speedbumps between the work.

Services(DL·02)Five workflow families

Build around the work,
not around a quality product.

01

Calls & intake

voice · SMS · email · forms · multi-lingual

Capture new enquiries across phone, text, email and forms, collect the right details, and route each request to the right next step.

TodayCalls, messages and form entries arrive cluttered and overwhelming.

With DeckardOne intake path captures context and hands it off clearly.

02

Follow-up & reactivation

email · SMS · sequences · CRM

Keep quotes, no-shows, open requests and dormant relationships moving with approved sequences and clear opt-out rules.

TodayFollow-up depends on someone remembering the next touch.

With DeckardEach thread follows an agreed cadence and stops on reply or opt-out.

03

Document workflows

intake · templates · review · e-sign

Move information from intake into approved templates, route drafts for review, and keep the source record connected to the final document.

TodayThe same details are copied between forms, records and templates.

With DeckardA prepared draft reaches the right reviewer with its source context.

04

Scheduling & coordination

calendar · reminders · task routing

Connect intake, calendars, reminders and internal tasks so appointments and requests move without repeated coordination.

TodayStaff reconcile calendars, inboxes and task lists by hand.

With DeckardConfirmed details and exceptions route to the people who own them.

05

CRM & reporting

CRM · data cleanup · dashboards

Clean up records, connect updates across systems, and surface the operational view your team needs to decide what happens next.

TodayRecords drift across spreadsheets, inboxes and the CRM.

With DeckardUpdates are normalized and exceptions are visible for review.

How we work(DL·03)Proof first

Proof first.
Then the shift.

No year-long transformation deck. We scope one useful workflow, prove it in a working environment, then decide what should run.

01

Audit

We map the grind.

We examine the real workflow, constraints and systems, then define where automation can remove handoffs without removing necessary judgment.

Defined scopeFixed fee, yours to keep

02

Pilot

One operative, live.

We build one scoped automation in a working environment, run it beside the current process, and review the result before expanding it.

One workflowOne workflow, runs in parallel

03

Autopilot

It runs. We keep it running.

Once an operative earns its keep it takes the shift. We monitor it, adapt it when your process changes, and build the next one when you are ready.

OngoingMonitored, maintained

Built for your trade(DL·04)Where the grind is regulated

Built for work where
details and handoffs matter.

01

Law firms

Intake that never drops a lead, conflict checks before the clock starts, and follow-up that keeps matters moving.

Clio · practice management · human-in-the-loop intake

02

Healthcare organizations

Administrative intake, scheduling and communication workflows designed around clear access rules and human review.

practice systems · approved communications · review queues

03

Established businesses

Lead intake, document routing, customer communication and reporting connected across the systems already in use.

CRM · accounting · phone · email · internal systems

04

HOAs & property operations

Route resident requests, assemble recurring notices, coordinate vendors and keep board-ready records easier to retrieve.

inbox · forms · documents · vendor coordination

Audit

Fixed fee

A written map of the workflow: what to automate, in what order, and what should remain with your team. Yours to keep whether or not we go further.

  • One working session on your real workflow
  • A practical before-and-after workflow
  • No lock-in, no obligation

Prove one thing

Pilot

Per workflow

We build one agreed workflow in a working environment, run it beside the current process, and review a recorded demonstration before the next commitment.

  • One operative, built and live
  • Runs beside your team, not instead of it
  • Recorded proof before you commit
Scope a pilot

Let it run

Autopilot

Flat monthly

Once an operative earns its keep it takes the shift. We monitor, maintain and adapt it, and build the next one when you are ready.

  • Monitoring, maintenance and a monthly reliability report
  • Changes as your process changes
  • Deployment chosen for the workflow
Talk numbers

Real numbers land against your own workflow in the audit. No usage surprises, operatives are priced flat.

Why trust it(DL·07)Sovereign and senior

Built, operated,
and shown working.

Infrastructure with intent

Every build gets a home that fits: the platform you already use, a managed deployment in a cloud environment you own, or a fully private install on your own hardware. An old server in the back office counts. Either way, the accounts and keys are yours from day one.

Expert Architects

Deckard is run by professional principal-tier architects with experience throughout Fortune 1000 and FAANG. The work is scoped, built and operated with production systems in mind.

Proven, not promised

We show working demonstrations and explain the processes behind them. No half solutions, sloppy bugs or added complexity. We're not done until everyone's happy.

OR WE MAKE IT WORK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE...

Straight answers(DL·08)The real questions

The questions buyers
actually ask.

Where does my data actually run?

Wherever fits the work: on the platform you already use, in a dedicated cloud environment you own, or entirely on your own infrastructure so nothing leaves your network. Boundaries are defined before any sensitive data is introduced, and client data is never used to train models.

What does it cost?

The audit is a fixed fee. A pilot is fixed-scope for one workflow. Ongoing operatives are a flat monthly rate each. We put real numbers on your own process during the audit, before you commit to anything beyond it.

Do I have to replace my current software?

No. The operatives are built around the systems you already run: your practice management, CRM, billing and phone. We connect to them and leave them in place.

How is this different from hiring, or a big consultancy?

A machine does not churn, sleep or forget the process. Against a consultancy, we prove one scoped automation in a working environment before proposing a broader program. You own the outcome either way.

How do you make sure it stays accurate?

Every operative is monitored, and anything it is not sure about is escalated to a person rather than guessed. We review the exceptions with you and tighten the process over time. Each month you get a plain report: what ran, what failed, and what was caught before it cost anything.

Can AI legally do this in a regulated field?

The operatives are human-in-the-loop wherever the rules require it. An automated intake never creates a conflict on its own, and a person signs off where a person must. We build to the constraint, not around it.

The laboratory(DL·09)Deckard Labs

An automation laboratory built for operational work.

Deckard Laboratories pairs principal engineer expertise with your specific business needs. We design, build and maintain automation around real processes rather than forcing operations, or adding complexity. The goal is simple efficiency.

Bring the one job
you hate most.

A working session, not a sales call. We look at one real workflow, tell you honestly whether an operative should run it, outline the practical next step, and even build you a sample automation, on the house. You leave with the map whether or not you hire us.
